Slow hcg levels

So my LMP was Nov 30 but I’m super irregular due to PCOS I got a positive on dec 31 and for the next few days. Went to the dr on Jan 3 where my urine tested negative. I still got positives and was sent for Beta hcg.

January 3 was 20

January 7 was 32

January 9 was 45

Any hope? 😔
