Nap time/bedtime

Any body else’s child absolutely fighting there sleep these days?? My girl was doing great taking 2 naps a day and only waking up twice in the middle of the night.. nowadays she cries until she falls asleep for naps and at night wakes up screaming 🤗 the first time she wakes up (around 12am) I feed her then when I lay her back in her crib she freaks out until she goes back to bed. There are some nights where I’m up to her crying every two hours and I am over it 😭 we live in a loft so most nights I’m having to go downstairs until she goes to bed. I want to comfort her but at the same time I don’t want her thinking the more she throws a fit the more likely I’ll pick her up. Feeling real lost
