Every time I give my SO oral and swallow his cum, it makes my stomach hurt so bad. Does this happen to anyone else? Any tips on what we can do so it doesn't happen?

I get that sometimes! Just make sure you've eaten something semi-recently, sperm doesn't sit well on an empty stomach. Also, eat a quick snack right after you swallow. Hope this helps!

Happens to me every time, I hate the bloating and the stomach hurting, but I love swallowing. The reason for this is because semen is a base (on an pH scale). Your stomach is full of acid that is completely opposite the pH level of a base. Therefore, when it hits your stomach, it becomes solid and you stomach has to produce more acid to break it down. This results in more gas being released because of the increase in acid, therefore making your stomach ache and bloat. What I'll usually do is drink lots of water afterwards to settle it or I'll take an antacid like Tums. It will usually dissipate in like 10 minutes after that.

You have to eat food after. Otherwise it can upset your stomach, not sure why but it's happened to me a few times. Eating a meal or even something small will help.

It always makes my mouth really tingly. I've noticed relation with what he eats. I've heard pineapple and strawberries will help with taste, maybe it will help with your stomach getting upset. I've never had my stomach get upset though.
