Advice needed

Basically my partner is 27 and got diagnosed with diabetes on his 18th birthday! He’s type 1 diabetic we’ve got a nearly 3 year old and want another however he’s been diagnosed with (retro ejaculation) commonly known as dry orgasms he still climax but nothing comes out sometimes a drop if that. I’ve been reading up about Sudafed and wondering if anyone has been in the same situation and successfully got their baby?
