my mom is so rude about it and always says im getting fat and i should watch my eating and it makes me very self councious and im only 14

I'm sorry that your mother is saying these things to you. Being concerned for your child's weight is fine. But calling names and degrading isn't helping anyone. Or your relationship with her. 
My step mother was this way, I know what it feels like. It's very depressing and keeps you feeling like you're walking on eggshells. My step mother was very vein. Focused on looks more than who someone is as a person. When I was around your age, I finally snapped on her. She stopped. I do wish I would have approached it in a different way though. 
You should sit your mother down and have a serious talk with her about how it makes you feel. Be honest with her. Maybe she would be interested in learning new healthy recipies with you? Something you can do together that isnt damaging to your relationship.

My mom always did the “I’m fat” comments and threw a huge fit when we went shopping and she had to buy jeans in a size 1. Meanwhile there’s me trying to find jeans and hide the size 7 tag from her. She has a photo taped in the pantry of what she wants to look like (thinking it will deter her from eating - it doesn’t). It’s from 20 years ago when she smoked and was far more active and younger. She has unrealistic expectations, and now so do I.

My mom does jokingly but I’m 25 and five It back to her even tho she’s lost so much weight. But growing up...my dad & grandmother use to make comments about me eating. I was skinny with nice legs. My thighs were muscular, I barely had fat on them when I was a teen. I was always fit as a teen and I got comments from them all the time. Saying, “that will catch up to you if you keep eating so much” or “you eat too much...your going to gain weight if you don’t watch your portions” so I understand what you’re going through. Ignore It I know it’s hard but you gotta eat.
