Definitely go see a doc.. if you were pregnant and this is indeed a miscarriage I believe a pregnancy test would still show postive either way I'm sorry your going through this..

Update: it was a ruptured ectopic pregnancy i had laparoscopic surgery last night and now am recovering in hospital. I should’ve gone in three days sooner. I feel so stupid.
