Is this mastitis?

So when my baby was 2 weeks old I was diagnosed with mastitis. I had pain in breast, a very high fever, chills, aches, red streak on breast, basically every symptom of mastitis. Now my baby is 11 weeks old. I have a lot of pain in my other breast this time. It's only pain to touch tho, breastfeeding isnt painful. However, I have a high fever again and a headache that wont go away even tho I took ibuprofen. I don't have any of the other symptoms. Does this still sound like mastitis? Or a clogged duct? Or something else?
