I basically got the Mirena IUD to help with cyst pain but mostly to help with the heavyness of my periods but as each month goes by they are just getting worse and worse! Has anyone else had this? Like its nearly lunch time here and I'm on my 3rd pair of pants and I'm changing pads every half hour! Is this normal? Ive only had the Mirena for about 8 months and it honestly hasnt done anything my doctor told me it was going to do.

My other symptoms are excessive anger and also emotional state I cry over nothing, I get strange discharge, I have put on over 10-15 kilos in under 7 months, I sometimes get wierd odor down stairs but its not massively noticeable...

Is this normal or am I just going insane?
