Boyfriend wants to take me to Dave and busters for Valentine’s Day .:. Should I tell him I dontwant to go ? I want to do something actually romantic ?

My boyfriend and I will have been dating for 11 months and it will be our first Valentine’s Day together so I was hoping for something a bit romantic ... today I said I wanted to find a dress for Valentine’s Day and he was like “well Dave and busyers is really casual” and I realized he literally wanted to go there for dinner . I had thought we were going somewhere nice for dinner and then going there afterward . I really don’t want to do this and have no idea how to tell him ?
