Help please

On Friday night I had sex with my boyfriend. I am allergic to condoms so we eventually took it off bc it was hurting. He pulled out but I know that's not 100% affective. I never remember my birth control so it doesn't work. I was a bit sore but not much so the next day he wanted to finger me and It was a little uncomfortable at first but it felt good. But I am spotting now and I feel slight cramps. I have had two irregular periods recently just like a couple weeks ago so I thought it might be that but it is not much blood and when I have a period I never cramp. Also the blood is brown and really dark red so hats not my normal period. Is this implatation bleeding? Or maybe I tore something or have vagina dryness??
