Blood bump???

So I'm 15, almost 16 and I've had this red bump on the tip of my nose my entire life. And it's not that subtle either, people point it out all the time and I get really self conscious about it. I've tried popping it, tearing it off, treating it like acne, but nothing works. The only thing that happens is I have an endless stream of blood that comes out of it when its opened which SUCKS to take care of. My parents have said itll "just go away" but its obviously it not and I take VERY good care of my skin, especially on my face, so what do I do about it?
