Inflamed

I have redness, burning, itching, creamy white discharge NO smell..and discomfort in the entrance of my vagina.. I'm waiting on test results which will take a few more days. Anyone have this before and have an idea what it may be? Hate the waiting game! She put me on Flagyl while we wait for wet mount and pap results justin case its BV but its been 2 days and Flagyl hasnt helped symptoms yet😩
