Need help with what to add into my baby registry!

Hello everyone I need some help with finishing my registry. I'm a first time mom and I feel like I have no idea what to add lol. I've added basic stuff like diapers wipes bottle etc but does anyone have any suggestions on what else to add? I'd also like to add a sterilizer/dryer for bottles and things. Any suggestions on which brand to get? I also added a couple gender neutral clothes as we do not know the sex of the baby yet. Any suggestions on what clothes to add?
