anxiety

so my anxiety is so bad to the point where it makes my stomach hurt so bad. It’s embarrassing because it only happens at school and I have no appetite but my body’s begging for food and if I eat it’s like it comes right out. I have to use the bathroom every 40 minutes and I don’t know how to deal with it. I tried eating fruit so my stomach wouldn’t get upset but nothing seems to be working. Does anyone know what to do, my mom doesn’t believe me and my therapist doesn’t help much with my anxiety. I hate when it effects my stomach. PLEASE HELP
