Breastfeeding Dilemma

Hello!

I am currently 5 weeks postpartum with my daughter and have been exclusively pumping since day 1 (due to poor latching, NICU etc, breastfeeding is out of the question).

How long did y’all breastfeed? I’m having a huge moral dilemma. I want to give my daughter the best food for her, but I can not stand pumping and my supply is slowly dwindling. I feel so guilty for wanting to stop giving her my milk. I’d love you make it to 6 months, but it’s not looking good.

Did any of you end up switching to formula? If so how did it go? Did your baby have any issues?
