What's your man taking for low sperm count/quality?

My DH is taking Fertilaid, Count Boost, Motility Boost. Thoughts? Recommendations?

My hubby's multivitamin already had zinc in it, but after reading the post here about Vitamin C, my DH Googled it and found a study on a .gov website that looked promising too. Last night we ran out and bought Vit C 1000mg tablets for him to take twice a day. We looked at a study for CuQ10 but it had inconclusive results. Hoping the C does the trick in time for this or the next IUI! The study showed vast improvement in just 2 months!

For right now he is taking 1000mg of vitamin C a day until we get more info on his results. Everything was within range we were told except the morphology which was only 1.5% normal. I read about a study that was done and by the end all the men had impregnated there partners. Certainly can't hurt!

​ • Vitamin C (500-1500 mg/day) Vitamin C helps to combat the pollution we are surrounded with. Pollution, particularly agricultural chemicals have been shown to cause much lower sperm counts. Vitamin C has been shown to reduce DNA damage in sperm by 91%. It is also shown to reduce agglutination and abnormalities. Vitamin C (1000mg) per day raised sperm counts by 140% in the first week in one study and 200 mg increased sperm counts by 112% in the first week. After 60 days the 200 mg group had caught up with the 1000mg group. All of these men had impregnated their wives by the end of the study.

Have him take a high quality multi vitamin along with a vitamin e/Selium supplement and l-carnitine. Within 1.5 months he went from 23% motile to 80% and a month later it was 88%.  If a doctor says there is nothing that can be done they are wrong. Talk with someone that knows supplements.

Zinc. Zinc does AMAZING things our doctor told us about it and I've read a lot about it as well. I'm also buying the fertile aid, count boost and motility supplements but for right now I feel like zinc has really improved his sperm.
