What’s going on?

So lately I have been really nauseous to the point I want something then eat it and instantly vomit, been having a dull ache in my uterus on and off and have heartburn and my nipples are so sore that if I’m not wearing a bra and hit them on anything it makes me want to cry? I have tested and it said negative and my ovulation day was 2 days ago as of today
