Cramping constantly

Hi everyone. I’m 8+1 today. This is my second pregnancy, and I have been cramping almost constantly for the past couple of weeks. I remember cramping my first pregnancy off and on, but this seems much worse. I had a small bleed a couple of days ago which was a confirmed small subchorionic hematoma and my baby looked great with a heart rate of 148. Since then my bleeding has stopped. Laying down usually helps the cramps, but I have a 14 month old to chase around all day so I can’t rest as much as I would like. I did bring it up to my OB yesterday and he said could be normal pregnancy cramps but to be cautious since I had the bleed. Are there any other second time moms experiencing cramping like this??
