Today I am 9dpo and all day yesterday had low abdominal cramps and general aches. I’ve also been especially tired the last two days! Today I’m hot, have a slight headache, still have cramps and aches and now my lower back and hips are achey. I also have tightness in my lower abdomen/pelvic area. One last thing, slight TMI, but I’ve been feeling very wet, and have an increase in creamy CM. Any chance these are good signs of an impending BFP? I got pregnant my first cycle TTC last month, but sadly had a miscarriage at 4w6. These symptoms certainly feel similar to last time. Any input would be appreciated! Thanks :)
