Insecure about nipples

I am 23 weeks pregnant and we are at a hotel. Well, in my pregnancy, my nipples are big and hard all the time and they show through my swim suit (it is padded)

Idk I just feel weird with nipples showing through and I always have. But now it’s like “woah”

I don’t know if this is the right group. But encouragement or ways to stop my nipples from showing through would be helpful! Thanks!
