Thoughts?

So i have made an apt for the 28th of this month , it's for my one year check up but im also wanting to bring up that i haven't been able to get pregnant. What can i expect? Will he run test or will he give me more time to see if i can do it on my own? A little history about myself , I'm diabetic, i was able to get pregnant 2013 i miscarried at 6 weeks, my body did everything naturally , i then got pregnant in 2016 & again miscarried at 6 weeks this time I had a d&c. I'm worried that affected my chances of getting pregnant again. I've tracked ovulation , I'm taking prenatals , I've used conceive easy , I've lost 15 pounds & have gotten on a good diet. The last two check ups for my diabetes have came out good. My A1C was 6. I'm just lookin for some extra help , what should i expect? Any questions i should ask for sure?
