Anyone ever had a couch delivered by fed ex?

So I ordered a couch from bed bath and beyond. I got an email after the shipping label was created(which was yesterday evening) that it was estimated to be delivered today. Well it didn’t come today, now the delivery date says pending. No other shipping information is shown other than the shipping label being created so I’m worried they can’t deliver it or something.

If anyone’s ever either ordered a couch through bed bath and beyond or had a couch delivered through fed ex can you please tell me about your experience? They will have help carrying it in, but I’m thinking because they usually only have one person in a truck that they might not deliver it because it’s heavy.. really hoping this isn’t the case as I am really looking forward to it.
