Told we would be having a premie

Our baby has a single umbilical artery and IGUR, we were told that she would be taken early. Currently I’m 24 weeks 5 days and we are taking things now week by week. I go for weekly scans and was told to have a bag packed because if they saw distress, I would be taken immediately the hospital... how do we as parents prepare? I google and of course I read about the worst case scenarios. We could use some advice and success stories!
