Anxiety & depression
Hi ladies! I'd like to know if anyone else here has been through both anxiety & depression at the same time. I've been diagnosed with OCD, anxiety, severe hypochondria and depression. I've recently been put on medication (Lexapro). I wanted to hear about others experiences with anxiety, and especially hypochondria ( if here's anyone with it), and what symptoms do you feel? What did this mental state make you go through?
