Cramping 9dpo

Honest opinions please!

I am lucky enough to have a very regular cycle with very regular pms symptoms leading up to AF. Didn't use to be so lucky, but since coming off of birth control I've been like clockwork.

This is how I knew that I was pregnant last time (early miscarriage) because I started getting symptoms that were out of the ordinary.

I'm currently at 9dpo and I've had mild and dull cramping all day. Its too early to be PMS for me (AF on 20th) but 9dpo feels too soon to be implantation cramping?

Any ideas on what this could be?
