Femara secondary effects

Hi all! I’m a voy to start my first round of Femara 2.5 mg followed by a trigger shot and I’m a little worried about the secondary effects, especially being crazy emotional and sensitive. My brother is marrying a girl I can’t stand during the same time and I really don’t need any additional emotional rage during the wedding. I’m trying my best to be civil and nice. I really dint want to wait any longer tl take femara either though!

Any women out there with femara secondary effects experience?
