Clomid VS femara(letrozole)

Hi ladies!!!

Little back story:

Going on 6 years TTC.

Diagnosed with pcos(regular non ovulatory cycles).

I was put on 50mg Clomid cd 5-9 January 2019. Luckily got pregnant my first cycle(wow). Unfortunately ended in early miscarriage. Three months later we try again(Clomid cycle), ended up pregnant again in April. Sadly it was ectopic. Methotrexate given to medically abort. Fast forward to September we try again(Clomid cycle) - no luck. See my dr in between she explains how lucky we were the first two times. Then again we tried this past cycle. With no luck. I did ovulate. Just no pregnancy.

So my question is: I’m going to see my dr in two weeks. She expressed I could up my dosage of Clomid or I could possibly change to femara. Do any of you ladies have any insight on femara vs Clomid. Any help advice suggestions greatly appreciated!
