Ahhh yessss. I get it all over ! It is so frustrating but you are not alone. Spearmint tea has helped me tremendously being it’s known to be a natural anti-androgen/testosterone which are the hormones that create this symptom.. if you google “spearmint for pcos” you’ll see a ton of forums and testimonies :) I’ve tried a few brands but bigelow - plantation mint has worked best for me as it only has spearmint and black tea so the spearmint doesn’t get too washed out by a ton of ingredients. I drink 2-3 cups a day and it’s also brought me from going months without a cycle to averaging 28-35 day cycle. Def my holy grail ☺️ best of luck to you!!

It could be but there's also other signs besides that. I mean it's always wise especially if ur periods are not coming like they are supposed to to see ur doc. But from when I suspected that I had pcos I had hair on my chin and cheeks as well but also my cycle being all messed up so I looked into it and found out I do have it. But I caught it and I only have 2 tiny tiny pin prick cysts. So it may be a good idea (if ur having other signs) to go get checked ok.

I get it under my chin and on my cheeks ! It’s so embarrassing 😔 and it grows back SUPER fast . I have a doctors appt in March to get everything tested
