Diarrhea and stomach pain at 16 weeks

So I have been having major gastrointestinal issues ever since I found out I was pregnant. I had diarrhea around 4 weeks pregnant and since then I’ve been burping a lot, constipated, having diarrhea on and off for weeks I’m very concerned because I have diarrhea right now and my stomach where the baby is growing feels so weird almost like the baby is irritated. It’s very uncomfortable but not severe, I’m just trying not to feel myself out right now
