Psalms 143:7-11 KJV

The entire 143 Psalm is a must read for anyone suffering with anxiety, depression or a hard situation. But I'm only going to focus on these 5 verses.

Verse 7 David is expressing a urgency in needing God. He represents many of is in that he's communicating that if God dont show up he will fall into disaster.

Verse 8 Here again David is relying on God to show him mercy so to speak. He wants God to also be a reveler. Show him where is and where he needs to be. And we should be like David daily by submitting our souls to God so that the Lord can reveal where we are spiritually.

Verse 9 Enemies can people, vices/weakness, memories from past event,hurts and or demonic spirits. Here in this verse David want to be hide by God from his enemies. Most likely Davis is referring to one of many nations he at war with.

Verse 10 To be taught by God is a powerful experience because you dont doubt God. Having people teach is good too. But when God speaks to you and teach you, then you have that assurance than you're in right standing with God.

Verse 11 David is asking God to bring spiritual awakening to him for His(God) glory. If God speaks the word to him then he knows he'll have victory or all issues. We have to remember that when God touches us or speak concerning us the then we will come out of all troubling situations. And we can find joy in that knowledge even if our situation still looks the same.
