My mom thinks I have a spider bite TMI

i have what I thought was a zit on my hip which it’s weird because I’ve never had a zit there. I noticed it today and it hurts way too bad to touch it and it hurts like down into muscle and just radiates. I feel it when I’m walking. I went to my mother and she was like “that thing is tiny” and it really is. Doesn’t look like much and I can’t get a good pic of it anyways. But when you feel it it’s hard af like it’s deep under the skin. She said it had a perfect red ring around it.

I’m explaining all of this because neither of us have had a spider bite and I’m wondering if anyone knows what that feels like. She had to hold me down and push hard while I screamed to get bloody puss out of it. I asked her to hold me down no-matter how hard I screamed because I needed relief. I was literally shaking. I finally have some relief now that it’s not full anymore. Idk about you but normal zits don’t hurt that freaking bad. I have a doctors appointment anyways but for real I’m scared. I know someone will ask for a picture but It’ll be blurry and I’ve already left my moms.
