We just finished night 2 of Taking Cara Babies - ABCs of sleep and our little guy slept 12 hours straight! In just two nights, we’ve cut out the every 30-60 minute wake ups to be re-rocked, pacifier replaced or comfort nurse. Our last night of decent sleep was November 25th - beyond thankful we decided to go ahead with Taking Cara Babies! He’s also so much happier now! 💙

Well guess everyone’s sleeping better than us. Baby went to bed at 630 today and in 10hours I’ve been up 9 times. Im exhausted.

We had to sleep train our baby in order to get these results but she went from waking up every 30 min-1hr all night to sleeping 9 hrs before waking for a quick feed and then sleeping 3 more hours after. We’ve even had 1 nights where she sleet 12+ hours uninterrupted and we had to wake her! Aside from sleep training, I also use the Huckleberry app to track wake times throughout the day which I think has helped big time.

My little boy goes to bed at 7:30pm, sleeps through, and wakes between 7:20a-8:20a. Never thought it would happen with exclusively breastfeeding, but here we are!

My son usually sleeps 11-12 hours through the night (roughly 7pm to 6am, but it depends on what time he goes to sleep). He sometimes wakes up after an hour or so and needs resettling but is sleeping straight through until morning after that. 
We’ve not done any kind of sleep training beyond following my own instincts for getting him to sleep and learning to self soothe. It’s obviously working really well so I’m just trying to tackle naps now! 😂

My son normally sleeps around 19.00-19.30 to around 06.00am. Although I do sometimes have to go through to put his dummy back in. I know I'm so lucky he sleeps 11ish hours but wish I could get him to sleep on a bit later.

11 hours. But lately my son has been waking throughout the night unable to put himself back to sleep, so I have to go in there and give him back his pacifier constantly

She sleeps from about 8:30-9pm to generally 4:30-5am. Last night we got kinda lucky in that she was really cranky so she fell asleep around 8:15 (bedtime routine started at 7:55) and didnt wake up til 6:30am 😴 I feel like it was her half birthday present to us.

It depends. My girl goes down for good around 830. Sometimes she sleeps until 4 for a feeding then down again until 730. Sometimes she’s up at 130 and up every 20 min for a hour or so and then wakes back up at 4 to eat.
