“Mixed flora”

What does mixed flora mean in regards to a urine culture?

I’ve been googling and it looks to mean normal but wanted to get other opinions.

My doctor called and said I didn’t have a bladder infection. My pee was literally ORANGE the last time I went to the doctor. I still feel like something is wrong. I’m irritated, and literally feel like I’m leaking urine. It’s not sticky discharge. Very watery. I’ve had this before and used monistat and it got better. I know I should call my doctor but my appointment is next Friday and I can’t afford to drive an hour there and back every couple of days... there are no obgyn who practice closer(small town perks). Any advice?
