Can some help please I’m confused !! ,,,

So I had swobs done at the Docters they came back clear but I’m having constant burning in my vagina so I went back and they done higher swobs also checker for clymidia even though I know I haven’t got that I’m almost certain I’ve got bacterial vaginosis or a uti but the doctor said I haven’t then why the hell am I burning 😭😭 I’m 6 weeks tomorrow and I feel that if they don’t sort it soon I’m going to miscarry I’m so scared it unreal!!.: I’ve now to wait for my new swobs back on Monday this happened last time and the Docters came back negative and the hospital came back positive!!.. I’m not sure I can trust them but they won’t give me anything at all to treat it xx has anyone had burning and it’s turned out to be nothing it’s not extreme it like calms down and then starts it’s uncomfortable to sit down and it hurts when stood up took ive no pain anywhere else xxx
