So how often do y’all weigh yourselves? Every day? Every other day? Every week? I need to know.
My mom says it’s bad to weigh yourself every day.
I’m trying to lose weight and so far my weight has been going down but today I weighed myself and I jumped up a pound from what I was yesterday even though I didn’t do anything different than what I’ve been doing when the weight was dropping.
