I'm posting again because I don't think people understand my question. Yes I understand my husband having low testosterone makes him not think about sex or oral and that he has a low sex drive. What I meant by his mind not working is he makes it seem as though he literally can't think about the subject of sex. Like the word sex couldn't even possibly come across his mind.

Him knowing sex is an issue in our marriage makes me feel like he could at least put an effort into it. I understand he doesn't want sex but he knows his wife does. So couldn't he at least try? Or does it make him not capable of thinking " hey my wife wants sex so maybe I could try for her even though I don't want to. Or maybe I could please her in another way even if I don't want sex."

Or can he truly not even think about the subject at all? Theirs things I don't want to do but I can still think about it and try. I'm not saying any of this to he rude, I just truly don't understand.
