I have bad relationship anxiety. I always think my boyfriend will lose interest in me for whatever reason. I always bring it up when I have these feelings and he always reassures me. But I’m now afraid that he will get tired of having to do that.

Stop bringing it up then and learn how to handle it. Get therapy, I’ve heard it helps with things like this.

I’m In the same boat my anxiety is less severe it’s more about him abandoning me but I reached out to many counselors in the upcoming week to help me deal with this so I don’t let it affect my relationship because it very much will affect you too but more than affecting him it’ll affect you babe this is not just about how he feels but you want to be able to be in a healthy relationship not one that is ruled by anxiety￼

You don’t have relationship anxiety... you have low self esteem. 
And yes if you keep putting the burden on your bf to lift your spirits, reassure you or placate your ego. He will eventually bounce. 
This is common sense, no one wants to be walking on eggshells, or constantly reassuring someone else in a relationship. We all have our own issues to deal with. 
Please work on your self esteem and self love.

i completely understand. I am/was the same way. It’s going to take work on your part. Learn to value yourself a bit. Find what makes you a good partner and just be a good partner to the best of your abilities. You can find comfort in knowing you’re doing your best and you have done what you can in the relationship and are open to working on it. Talk to him about these insecurities and i’m sure he’ll understand.
