Misdiagnosed blighted ovum??

Has anyone had a misdiagnosed blighted ovum? I am supposed to be 7 weeks today and was told this morning I have a blighted ovum and am going to miscarry.
Has this happened to anyone else and gone on to magically be okay??
I definitely am 7 weeks chz I know when i ovulated based on blood work

What were you able to see in the ultrasound? Was there a fetal pole?

I’ve had two blighted ovums the last one my sac was measuring 8 weeks which I was and my HCG was 42k. Usually if your HCG is that high you should see a baby. Are they going to see you again for a follow up? I’m sorry your going through this! Keep your head up.
