Hey ladies, here's the run down

I'm having some sticky ball like mucus but also Ewcm? Not sure what's up. I did an opk today in the morning and it's negative and I checked my cervix it's medium/high. I'm having a lot of sharp pain on my right pelvic region (where I'm guessing my ovaries are). It happened all day. Some sharp and some dull pain. My opk was negative this morning so I'm guessing in ovulating? So what could this mean?
