So lost..

I am so confused with my cycles. I have PCOS which makes them irregular but the past few months have been fairly the same. I check my cervix, CM, and all of that also. I'm 14 days late but all I get is negative pregnancy tests. I have had an open cervix twice this cycle along with egg white mucus both times. So I'm just super confused.

Besides that I have been getting heat flashes, headaches, nausea,and random abdominal pains. I don't know if I caught a flu or what but this is killing me.

Any ideas of what it could be?
