I think I’m in labor

So I’ve been in preterm labor 3 times, I’m now 35 weeks and my doctor said if I went into it again before 37 weeks she wouldn’t stop it because there’s something clearly wrong with my body. I’m happy with that, we want him out.

Anyway I started having contractions yesterday morning that started off like Braxton Hicks, and then they started to get painful and closer together. I was avoiding timing them because I got scared all of the sudden lol.

Then I had diarrhea, I had it 4 times yesterday. I started having painful contractions every 10 minutes with them lasting 60-70 seconds each, then they spaced out a little bit then they came back just as consistent.

The Most painful part is the shooting pains in my cervix. He’s been head down and super low and I have a short and incompetent cervix. I was already almost 4 cm dilated as of Monday where I had been for a while. 80% effaced.

So do y’all think this is labor? Should I call my doctor and head in? I’m really freaking out. Talking about him being out vs actually getting him out are two different things and now I’m panicking
