How bad would it be for a toddler around one and a half to eat at a Chinese buffet? Not regularly

why would it be bad? my son loves Chinese I don't see what it would hurt I just wouldn't do anything raw obviously

There can be a lot of salt in Chinese food but it’s not like you are going every day. I would say it’s fine for a treat and a great way for little one to explore new flavours and textures

There's plenty of things suitable for a child to eat there! Egg fried rice and noodles are a favourite for our boy 😊

Obviously Chinese nuggets are a health food but it’s fine. My daughter loves the veggies and noodles. She loves the different flavored chickens and the beef sticks. And then she loves the jello for dessert 😂.

There are a lot of option that my son loves at a Chinese buffet. We have only been a few times, but he eats well there. He is 16 months.

girl- let that boy eat! 😂 im all for making healthy meals but love to go out once in a while. my daughter was breastfed for several years, yet she still got to eat a sliver of cake when she was 6 months 😳 i was like.....that doesn't seem good- but grandma's be spoilin- and she was fine. unless he shows signs of a food allergy, his body will process the food just fine

Fine, just be cautious during cold and flu season to sanitize your own hands after touching the serving stuff at the stations

It’s fine, just obviously don’t go daily since that food likely has a lot of sodium ☺️ every once in a while is 100% okay!
