Please help w advice

I am 9 weeks and I went for an ultrasound yesterday. The tech could only do abdominal ultrasound bc they didn’t have access to the trans vaginal one. We heard the heartbeat♥️ 172 bpm. but it was hard to see the baby clearly so she started to put a lot of pressure. And started kinda shaking my with Doppler to see if baby would move. I also have a subchorionic Hematoma that my obgyn showed me two weeks ago and idk if it’s still there. Didn’t go to an obgyn yesterday just an ultrasound place.

Well last night I went to the bathroom and there was pink spotting every time I wiped. I freaked out and started weeping. And I put a liner on and there was some brown on there. And this morning it’s brown spotting. I don’t want to go to the ER again if I don’t need to Bc my hospital bills are going to start getting pricey. Please give me advice if you went through this.
