Im starting to worry...

Okay so my nausea and vomiting got really bad for about a week but suddenly between January 16th and today ive only had slight occasional nausea today it seems like not at all! According to Glow im 8 weeks +1 i have my first ultrasound Monday the 20th but im really starting to worry that something isn't right 😞 anybody else have this happened?? I already love this baby so much and im worried the baby is no longer there 😔 ive had no bleeding and only the occasional light cramping which is said to be normal. Am i just being paranoid? This is my first pregnancy
