I'm having the worst hip pain.. anyone else?

With my first I had such horrible hip pain about halfway through the second trimester that I could barely walk! I asked my dr about it this time and she referred me for some physical therapy and it’s been really great! I think it will really make a difference! And already has. It started to bother me early like about 12ish weeks this time which scared me since it was starting in that early! I’m glad I asked my dr about it instead of just dealing with it like last time!

My hips hurt at night when sleeping. Pain will sometimes Shoot down the back of my left leg and my knee will be achey. 🥴

Not too bad, yet but I can’t sit Indian style for more than a couple of minutes anymore 😩
