Hello wonderful ladies. I am scheduled for an HSG in a week, which lands about 3-4 days before my ovulation (hoping it doesn’t interfere).

I was hoping to get feedback on how many woman have done this test and what they found out? Did you have endometriosis and that’s why you had the test done? If you had blocked tubes, what did your doctor recommend? How painful was this test? Did you get pregnant after the test? I have heard it can unblock the tubes in some cases.

I know it is a lot, I am a little nervous. Right now, my hormones are good, I am ovulating. I have stage 4 endometriosis (it’s in my bowel, abdomen, and chest cavity; confirmed and ablated four years ago with surgery), so I want to kind of know what to expect. My SO has low sperm count, still in couple of millions so this is our missing piece of Information before moving forward.
