Help pls?

I had my last period on 1 of jan and yesturday i had a positive pregnancy test so i want to ask its not so early to get a positive?or just a false positive?

Seems a bit early. If the start of your period was Jan 1 then that puts you on CD18 and I dont think you can get a positive until at least 9 days past ovulation which would be CD23. might be possible if your period ended on Jan 1st...? But it all depends on your cycle length, your period length, etc... implantation usually doesn't happen until 9-12 days after your predicted ovulation. Not sure if this helps at all.
