6 weeks 2 days.

Hi Ladies! I am very worried and emotional😞 I i’m 6 weeks pregnant and I’ve started having a brown discharge only when I wipe. So I went to the ER and the They couldn’t see a heart beat, the Dr said it could be because I’m too early or I’m having a threatened miscarriage, he did said my HCG levels are fine according to my 6 weeks. But I thought at 6 weeks we are able to hear the heart beat 😩 so he just told me to follow up with my Dr in one week. Has anyone being in this situation and, end having a healthy baby??!
