Can you take prenatal's along with woman's daily vitamins? And will it help me get regular?

7years and still nothing. I will do ANYTHING to help me become regular. I've been to the doctors and they can't find anything wrong. Crazy right!

Don't double up on vitamins. There are certain vitals you can overdose on. Just take prenatals

Vitamins are not likely to make your cycle more regular. If your cycle is off it’s hormonal. 
You should see your OB and maybe look into a referral for a fertility specialist. You could have PCOS or another underlying medical condition.

I know girls who take multi and prenatals. Just make sure you don’t exceed the limit of folic acid. Folate doesn’t matter but folic acid does. But you can always check with your dr to be sure :) 
I doubt they’ll make your cycle regular. Healthy diet and maybe some herbal tea could help if you can’t/don’t want to go to the dr
