So I went for a growth scan on my baby girl on the 16th and before that I was uncomfortable granted but not in pain until I did alot of walking or bending.

The sonographer was quite rough when doing the scan and after I was in alot of discomfort.

I woke up the following day at 5am having what I thought was Braxton hicks. But these continued all day like every 45mins or so which in itself I thought was odd for Braxton hicks.

It got to around 9pm and my husband was like I'm taking you to get checked out.

So we got to the maternity triage and all my vitals were good. And then a consultant came in (I have a 9x8cm fibroid) wanting to check everything was on with that.

I was monitored on the heart rate and contractions. And I was contracting and babies heart rate ranged from 124 to 198. (I'm not sure if this is ok) anyway they did a dilation check assuming they were going to use the fingers as I've been told and seen before but no this doctor used a speculum. I didn't have any pre warning and the doctor put it in and tilted it up (tilted cervix) I jolted in pain to which she started shouting at me to breathe but i was in shock I couldn't catch my breath. The nurse who was with her looked so shocked and apologised after as I broke down crying with the amount of pain I was in after she did that.

So I'm still in alot of pain and i cant lay down on my sides without intense pain down my pubic area every 20mins or so.. I've take paracetamol and it's not touching the pain. So here I am at 2.35 writing this for help. As I'm exhausted. ☹☹☹
